At BeThere Computer Services we pride
ourselves in helping you with your computing needs. We know that when your
computer goes down it can have a range of consequences. It can result in
everything from a loss of communication with your family to the inability to
conduct business. Below are our rates for business and personal computers:
Business Services $70.00 per hour
Personal Services performed at our ofice $50.00 per hour
Personal Services performed at your location $70.00 per hour

Whether you bring your computer to us, or we come to you to get you back up and
running, we will be upfront and professional. In some cases upgrades or repairs
can be more expensive than buying a new computer and if that is the case we
will let you know before getting too involved with your old computer.
For most systems that have been slowed down with viruses and/or spyware we can
get them cleaned up and updated in 1 billable hour. We use comprehensive virus
scanning tools that remove all of the viruses in your system. Our technicians,
with the aid of spyware tools, can remove the spyware that is slowing down your
system and bringing popup windows from the moment you turn your computer on.
For more extensive problems, often involving corrupt system files or other
major Windows problems the charges will often enter into a second hour.
Obviously the more complex problems can be caused from both software and
hardware issues, but rarely does the cost of repair ever go above 3 hours for a
computer.
